Originally from Venezuela, Gabriela began to dance flamencoin 1998 at Color de Triana Flamenco Academy. During her years of formation, she has been taking classes and workshops with recognized flamenco artists around the world. At the age of 15, she became the youngest instructor of Color de Triana Flamenco academy and joined the dance company, performing on regional and national stages.
In 2016 she moved to Columbus and later became one of the instructors of Ballroom and Latin dance at Arthur Murray Dance Studio. In 2020, she opened her own dance academy, “Gabriela Flamenco Academy” in the city of Columbus. Currently, she continues showcasing the art of flamenco, participating in festivals, special events as the 2022 USA Flamenco certamen in NYC, training and growing as a dancer, performing, teaching, and expanding the Flamenco practice in Columbus.
