Lyman L. Leathers was a life-long appreciator of the arts. A graduate of Cornell University and the University of Pennsylvania, he dedicated his career to teaching in his native Ohio at Wesleyan University. He loved sharing his passion for the arts with his friends, students, and community, writing for the Delaware Gazette as music editor. He served as a Trustee of Opera Columbus, in addition to being a member of Chamber Music Columbus.
