Charles Capen’s veterinary profession provides a clear example of “paying forward” to future generations of veterinarians seeking careers in research. Sharron Capen was a long time Columbus resident, a graduate of North High school and The Ohio State University. She received her DVM and MS from their College of Veterinary Medicine. The Capen family were keen to support unique artists at Opera Columbus, and their generous donations continue to impact us in our 40th season.
