Susan Ropp is Director of Grants for CAPA, where she manages grants for CAPA, the Columbus Symphony, and Opera Columbus. She was a full-time part of the Opera Columbus staff from 2003-2012, serving as Development Manager, Director of Development, and Assistant Executive Director. She has also worked in development at the YWCA of Columbus and the United Jewish Federation of San Diego County.
Susan is an alumna of Ohio University, with a degree in political science, and pursued postgraduate studies in modern European history at San Diego State University. She was a recipient of the Fellowship for Emerging Women Leaders in Nonprofits, presented by The Academy for Leadership & Governance, and is a graduate of Leadership Columbus’ Signature Program.
